My Journey

Are you a leader ready to take your career to the next level? An entrepreneur considering a pivot? Or perhaps you're at a crossroads, unsure of your next move, and finding yourself stuck in self-doubt and a sense of "not enough" despite your accomplishments?

I’ve been there too. On the surface, my journey appeared to be one of success. I had a thriving career in fashion and tech, a resume that featured McKinsey & Company, a top-tier MBA degree, and my own Silicon Valley startup with thousands of clients and marquee brands worldwide. Despite my humble beginnings in Belarus, I paved my way to becoming a successful Silicon Valley entrepreneur.

Yet in 2013, I faced a massive burnout and a personal crisis that forced me to question everything and eventually confronting unresolved trauma beneath my high-achieving facade. I realized I had been consistently settling for less and never felt truly "enough," no matter how much I achieved.

I tapped into my entrepreneurial nature to reverse-engineer the root causes of my struggles and “recalibrate” my life. I learned to become more “SELF-full” by building a strong foundation of self-esteem rather than relying on elusive external success. This became the cornerstone of my life philosophy: self-empowerment through connection to self.

I transitioned my career to teaching entrepreneurship at my alma mater's MBA program and mentoring business owners. This experience revealed my passion for helping leaders pursue their unique path or build mission-driven businesses and inspired me to launch my next venture, Connected Method, integrating my passion for leadership, marketing, and entrepreneurship.

Today, Connected Method is an EdTech firm offering proprietary programs, including Recalibrate, empowering leaders to evolve and reach their highest potential by building a deep connection to self. I believe that every human is a leader.
